Republika e KosovësRepublika Kosova - Republic of KosovoQeveria –Vlada-GovernmentNo. 08/ 35Date: 01.09.2011Pursuant to Article 92, paragraph 4 and Article 93, paragraph 4 of the Consitution ofRepublic of Kosovo, based on Article 4 of Regulation no. 02/2011 on scope ofadministrative responsibility of the Prime Minister’s Office and teh Ministries, andparagraph 3 of Article 4 of Rules of Procedure of the government of Kosovo no. 01/2007,the Government of Kosovo on its meeting held on 01.09.2011, takes the followingDECISION1. Approves the Registry of applicable bylaws, adopted by the Government andMinisters.2. The Registry of applicable laws is part of this decision.3. All bylaws, issued by the Government and Ministers until December 31, 2010,which do not appear in the Registry of applicable bylaws, are repealed.4. Each Ministry is obliged to publish the bylaws from the Registry of applicablebylaws, issued by the respective Minister, in the website of Ministries, withinthirty days from the date of entry into force of this decision.5. The Office of Legal Aid Services (OLAS) by the Office of the Prime Minister isobliged to update the Registry of the applicable bylaws of the KosovoGovernment on a monthly basis.6. OLAS is obliged to publish the Registry of the applicable bylaws of the KosovoGovernment in the website of the Office of the Prime Minister.255 / 256
