SECTION NEWSThe ARRL Field Organization ForumATLANTIC DIVISIONDELAWARE: SM, Randall Carlson, WBØJJX—As we enterthe summer months, there will be many public service eventsall over the section. These are important to Amateur Radio,so please take the time to participate in as many as you can.Field Day is just around the corner. This yearly operatingevent is a good chance for your club to do something as agroup. If your club is not large enough to keep a station activefor 24 hours, consider operating just a portion of the timeand tailoring the event to the needs and capability of yourclub. For example, consider setting up a station for a fewhours at a local park, or other public venue, to show off AmateurRadio. Another option maybe to have a club picnic witha couple of stations on the air for fun. This is also a greatchance to test any mobile or portable equipment your clubmay have to use in an emergency. Be creative and have fun!!73 Randall.EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA: SM, Allen R. Breiner, W3TI—SEC: Eric Olena, WB3FPL. ACC: Alan Maslin, N3EA. OOC:E. Max Peters, KI6NJ. PIC: Paul Craig, N3YSI.
