As Resident Engineer, responsible for monitoring and
supervising the construction works of public
buildings, besides:
- Checking, approving & modifying (if
required) the contractors shop drawings and
materials submittals.
- Contract administrative works such as issuing
correspondence, site instruction to contractors
payment certificate, final account and
assessing contractual claims.
- Inspecting and taking over the finished
projects and issuing their completion
certificate accordingly.
