From March 96 to Oct. 96 : Worked with M/s Zabeel Contracting Co., Dubai
as Civil Engineer.
Handled an Etisalat Project (construction of
Telecom Exchange at Al Qusais. Value - Dhs. 2
Million).
Nature of Works : 1. Complete Site Management -
Supervision, dealing with consultants &
client for approval of materials and
works, preparation of payment and
variation claims, co-ordination with subcontractors,
stores etc.
2. Tendering for new works - Quantity take
off & pricing.
From May 93 to Feb 96 : Worked with SARCO, Dubai in the following
projects as Site In-Charge :
1. Public Prosecution Bldg. for Dubai
Courts, a Dubai Police Dept. Project.
(Value - Dhs. 26 Million).
Consultant - MOEZ & HIGGAZY.
2. Hamdan Brigade Camp for Central
Military Command, Dubai & 1 year
maintenance). (Value - Dhs. 34 Million).
