DAMAC appoints ARCHON ENGINEERING CON-<br />
SULTANT as enabling works CONSULTANT for<br />
Smart Heights at TECOM<br />
DAMAC Properties, the largest private master developer<br />
and luxury lifestyle provider, has appointed International<br />
Foundation Group (IFG), Dubai's foremost deep foundation<br />
specialists, as the enabling works contractor for<br />
Smart Heights project at TECOM. IFG stands as one of<br />
the leaders in the field of specialist geotechnical and<br />
foundation engineering. Smart Heights is designed by<br />
ARCHON <strong>Engineering</strong> <strong>Consultants</strong>, an established local<br />
The enabling works at the project commenced this<br />
February and the project is scheduled to be completed<br />
by the end of 2008. DAMAC was also the first<br />
to announce an office tower within TECOM with the<br />
launch of Executive Heights.<br />
