This year, the building-levelHelping Hands awards were presented to the following:Mrs. Leigh Ann Hradil, Arrowhead Primary School;Mrs. Sue Gigliotti, Fort Island Primary School; Mrs.Beth Hofacker, Herberich Primary School; Mrs. JodiVrabec, <strong>Copley</strong>-<strong>Fairlawn</strong> Middle School; and Mrs. NinaHanhold, <strong>Copley</strong> High School.Helping HandsAward NomineesDRAFTHelping Hands AwardMrs. Nina Hanhold, <strong>Copley</strong> High SchoolThe PTA Council has elected Mrs. Nina Hanhold as the 2007-2008 Helping Hands district-wide award recipientfor <strong>Copley</strong>-<strong>Fairlawn</strong> <strong>City</strong> <strong>Schools</strong>. Mrs. Hanhold is an excellent choice because of her extensive record ofservice and willingness to become involved in a vast variety of committees and projects.Mrs. Hanhold has served <strong>Copley</strong>-<strong>Fairlawn</strong> <strong>City</strong> <strong>Schools</strong> PTAs in a variety of leadership roles not only locallybut statewide. Mrs. Hanhold served on many PTA committees and eventually ended up being a CouncilDelegate. She has been elected Unit President, Council President, District Director for Ohio PTA, District 13Advisor, and is currently Vice President of Field Service. She has been a Parent Volunteer Coordinator andDaffodil Chair, along with being involved with the Tobacco Prevention Coalition, Turkey Trot, and Relay forLife. She has been a den mom for Scouts, a chaperone and OMEA volunteer for Music Boosters, PSR teacherat St. Hilary and served on Faith Lutheran Pre-School Board. Mrs. Hanhold is currently an InterventionSpecialist at Herberich Primary School. She resides in <strong>Fairlawn</strong> with her husband, Vincent and one of threesons. Congratulations Mrs. Hanhold!
