Barn Finds are nothing new in the
Mopar world but the name sure has
exploded in popularity in the last couple
of years. The days of fi nding cool
Mopars just sitting in a driveway or yard
are all but gone and the most common
way to fi nd a salvageable project these
days is to fi nd it in a barn or some other
shelter. To highlight these prizes this
year we have created a whole building
full of nothing but proverbial “barn
fi nds” that have just surfaced recently.
We all dream of stumbling upon that
cool fi nd and these folks have done
just that. The cars in the Barn Finds display
this weekend give us all hope that
there are still some really cool Mopars
waiting to be found.
Most of the cars on display this
weekend are exactly as they were
found and purchased but you will notice
that some of them have had some
work done to put them back on the
road safely. We present these cars to
help launch what we’re calling “Time
Bandits.” Time Bandits may be original
cars that aren’t nice enough to be Survivors
or they may be cars that were
painted in the past but have been left
to sit for a while and aren’t looking
so fresh any more but they’re just too
cool to let sit around any longer! If you
have an old Mopar that’s been sitting
around for whatever reason we strongly
encourage you to make it roadworthy
and start driving it!!
