NOVA – Norwegian Social Research is a national research institute under<strong>the</strong> auspices of <strong>the</strong> Norwegian Ministry of Education <strong>and</strong> Research, <strong>and</strong>basic funding is provided by <strong>the</strong> State.The main objectives are <strong>to</strong> undertake research <strong>and</strong> development projectsaimed at contributing <strong>to</strong>wards a greater knowledge of social conditions<strong>and</strong> social change.
