Because <strong>AMPTIAC</strong> operates as a full-service centerwithin the structure of IIT Research Institute, it is able to draw upon theexpertise of a large research organization to provide users of the inquiryservice with pertinent information on metals, ceramics, polymers, electronic,optical <strong>and</strong> photonic materials technologies, environmentalprotection, <strong>and</strong> special function materials, including properties, processinformation, applications, environmental effects <strong>and</strong> life extension.The <strong>AMPTIAC</strong> technical inquiry service is offered free of charge for thefirst eight hours of service. <strong>AMPTIAC</strong> will use all available resources,including Ph.D. level staff members, to ensure that our support is adequateto address your needs. Requests that may require additional timeare charged to reflect the amount of effort <strong>and</strong> level of expertiserequired to provide a useful answer. Under no circumstance will a userbe charged for services without a prior agreement to do so.<strong>AMPTIAC</strong>’s inquiry service could help save time <strong>and</strong> money.
