Attach gin pole and gin pole guys9. Erect tower without turbine10. Check guy lengths11. Check straightness of tower12. Bring tower down13. Paint tower – final finishBladesPresent: V3 Power, 5-8 Students1. Assemble rotor by drilling pilot holes in blades and using woodscrews to attachblades to plywood discs.2. Put the alternator on a temporary stand. 4 person job due to weight.3. Fit rotor to alternator (this may involve mallets and some force as it is a tight fit)4. Remove rotor from alternator.68
