129.6 The accidental failure to send, or the non-receipt by any person entitled to, any notice of orother document or information relating to any meeting or other proceeding shall notinvalidate the relevant meeting or proceeding.129.7 The provisions of this Article shall have effect in place of the Company CommunicationsProvisions relating to deemed delivery of documents or information.130 Joint holdersAnything which needs to be agreed or specified by the joint holders of a share shall for allpurposes be taken to be agreed or specified by all the joint holders where it has beenagreed or specified by the joint holder whose name stands first in the Register in respect ofthe share.Any notice, document or information which is authorised or required to be sent or suppliedto joint holders of a share may be sent or supplied to the joint holder whose name standsfirst in the Register in respect of the share, to the exclusion of the other joint holders.The provisions of this Article shall have effect in place of the Company CommunicationsProvisions regarding joint holders of shares.131 Deceased and bankrupt members131.1 A person who claims to be entitled to a share in consequence of the death or bankruptcy ofa member or otherwise by operation of law shall supply to the Company:131.1.1 such evidence as the Directors may reasonably require to show his title to theshare; and131.1.2 an address within the United Kingdom for the service of notices,whereupon he shall be entitled to have served upon or delivered to him at such address anynotice, document or information to which the said member would have been entitled, andsuch service or delivery shall for all purposes be deemed a sufficient service or delivery ofsuch notice, document or information on all persons interested (whether jointly with or asclaiming through or under him) in the share.131.2 Save as provided by paragraph 131.1, any notice, document or information delivered orsent by post to or left at the address of any member on pursuance of these Articles shall,notwithstanding that such member be then dead or bankrupt or in liquidation, and whetheror not the Company has notice of his death or bankruptcy or liquidation, be deemed tohave been duly served or delivered in respect of any share registered in the name of suchmember as sole or first-named joint holder.131.3 The provisions of this Article shall have effect in place of the Company CommunicationProvisions regarding the death or bankruptcy or a holder of shares in the Company.132 Overseas membersSubject to the Statutes, the Company shall not be required to send notices, documents orinformation to a member who (having no registered address within the United Kingdom orthe Republic of South Africa) has not supplied to the Company an address within theA09099335/0.6/04 Mar 2008 - 52 -
