Person (s) would be engaged <strong>fo</strong>r a fixed period and providing high qualityservices to the CAPT Bhopal and <strong>fo</strong>r attending to specific and time-bound jobs.Pr<strong>of</strong>essionals with requisite qualifications and retired <strong>gov</strong>ern<strong>ment</strong> employees withrelevant experience as prescribed would be hired.2. The contractual appoint<strong>ment</strong> <strong>of</strong> persons would be initially <strong>fo</strong>r a period as<strong>ment</strong>ioned in the advertise<strong>ment</strong> and extension decided as per require<strong>ment</strong> <strong>of</strong> theBureau and merit <strong>of</strong> each case. The contractual appoint<strong>ment</strong> would be on full-timebasis.3. The educational qualification and eligibility conditions are given in Annexure-I. The persons so appointed on contract basis shall not be entitled to any allowance.4. Maximum age <strong>fo</strong>r holding contractual appoint<strong>ment</strong> to the respective postsinCAPT, Bhopalshallbe <strong>fo</strong>r one year <strong>or</strong> attaining the age <strong>of</strong> 65 years <strong>or</strong> till regularincumbent join whichever is earlier.5. Drawl <strong>of</strong> pension:- A retired Go<strong>vernm</strong>ent Official appointed shall continue todraw pension and the dearness relief on pension during the period <strong>of</strong> his appoint<strong>ment</strong>in CAPT Bhopal. The appoint<strong>ment</strong> will not be considered as a case <strong>of</strong> reemploy<strong>ment</strong>.6. Person shall be eligible <strong>fo</strong>r 8 days<strong>of</strong> casual leave in a calendar year on pr<strong>or</strong>atabasis to be sanctioned by the competent auth<strong>or</strong>ity. Leave entitle<strong>ment</strong> <strong>of</strong> the appointeeshall, however, be <strong>gov</strong>erned by the Cen<strong>tral</strong> Go<strong>vernm</strong>ent <strong>or</strong>ders in this regard.7. A contractual appointee shall not draw any remuneration in case <strong>of</strong> his/herabsence beyond 8 days in Year (calculate on a pro-rata basis). Also un-availed leavein a calendar year cannot be carried <strong>fo</strong>rward to next calendar year. The CompetentAuth<strong>or</strong>ity would be free to terminate the services in case <strong>of</strong> absence <strong>of</strong> a person bym<strong>or</strong>e than 15 days beyond the entitled leave in a calendar year.8. No TA/DA shall be admissible <strong>fo</strong>r joining the appoint<strong>ment</strong> on contractualbasis.
