The contract wassubject to Tanzanian law.Commercial Arbitration – ICC arbitration in relation to disputes arising between contractorand subcontractor in connection with an EPC contract for the construction of a gas-firedcombined cycle electric generating plant located at Union Industrial Estate, La Brea, on theisland of Trinidad in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. The contract was subject to Englishlaw.Commercial Arbitration – Acting on behalf of a US corporation in an ICC Arbitration inrelation to disputes arising out of a joint venture agreement for the construction of a state-ofthe-arthospital in Doha.
