IFBI Student SpeakFirst of all I just want to thank IFBI Team to provide thisprogram to us so that we can start our career with ICICI Bank.Training Program at IFBI was very good; We came to knowabout different things about Banking Sector. In our InternshipProgram we came to know about real working of Banks.I am in CSPB-Role-Phone Banking Officer role. This program isvery good. All the Managers are very helpful. In short thecomplete program of IFBI is great, and I will suggest all myfriends to join this course so that they can also start their career.I finished my UG in a reputed college but had no idea as to do what to donext. Then I came to know about IFBI and then I decided to pursue a careerin the banking industry. IFBI was the institution that gave me confidenceand helped bring out the leadership qualities in me by way of getting involvedin projects and presentation.With huge amount of confidence in myself, I joined HDFC Bank.A humble start indeed but from there was no stopping my growth. Theproduct knowledge (thanks to IFBI) that I had helped me talk to customersconfidently and do a lot of sales though I was just a teller.
