An extract of this Register shall be submitted by the LandAcquisition Officer concerned to the Supervisory Officer, concerned i.e., JointCollector/Special Collector every month to reach him by 10 thmonth.of the succeeding4. Action to be taken at the level of Joint Collector / Chairman of theCommitteeOn receipt of proposals from the Land Acquisition Officer concerned the JointCollector/Chairman shall see that a file is opened in the Collectorate LandAcquisition Branch. Simultaneously, the particulars of proposals received shall beentered in a register, a model proforma of which is appended at Annexure VI.Thereafter the following steps shall be taken.i) To scrutinize whether the proposals from the L.A.O. are in completeshape, or not.ii)iii)iv)To fix up a date, time and venue for conducting the meeting and tocommunicate the same to the members of the committee along with acopy of check memo and calculation sheet received, with the L.A.Osproposal through the L.A.O.
