In September2009, it suddenly peaked, and I wasbilled $211 and in October $224.In November, my bill went back to$28, and it has been reasonable eversince. I issued a complaint, and an inspectorcame out and said there was noproblem. I had no leaks or reason for theovercharge, and the inspector said mymeter was working fine and could not explainit and there was nothing he coulddo.
