7 The Approval CycleWhen a user confirms a request for vacation leave, the system administrator can set up the system to send ane-mail notification to the authoriser with details of the request identifying who the request relates to and thedates requested. When the authoriser approves or disapproves the request, the user will receive anotification via email or SMS of the status. If the authoriser is away from the office at least 5 days before therequired leave request, the notification moves to the second authoriser.
