Friends Theological College DAYBuilding Projects 11As Friends Theological College responds to the growing needfor trained pastoral leadership, the board of governors hasadopted a strategic plan for the growth and development of thecollege. This requires developing and strengthening both thefaculty and the physical plant. Friends in Indiana have alreadyassisted, or committed to assist, with helping faculty to obtainrequired master’s degrees, equipping the library to offer everystudent at least one textbook for every course, and building ameetinghouse in which to worship and have other publicgatherings. Indiana Friends have also committed to raise fundsfor building a new administration building and converting theold one into a dormitory.
