General Conditions of Contract - George Municipality

ACCEPTANCEBy signing this part of the form of offer and acceptance, the employer identified belowaccepts the supplier’s offer. In consideration thereof, the employer shall pay the supplier theamount due in accordance with the conditions identified in the quotation data. Acceptanceof the supplier’s offer shall form an agreement between the employer and the supplier uponthe terms and conditions contained in this agreement and in the contract that is the subjectof this agreement.Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this agreement comes into effect on the datewhen the supplier receives one fully completed original copy of this document, including theschedule of deviations (if any).
