We areconstantly growing, blooming and flourishing.Our team is growing and we are expandingabove all! Thanks to you Mummies forconstantly supporting and providing for us.This month, I’d like to share with youinspiration based on the fact that I’m sureyou’ve had enough of anger, resentment,pain, tears, heartbreaks, self-destructivethoughts, anything negative/toxic and negativerelationships. We all go through feelingmoments of the above and hence, there is alot that we can do to change ourselves and ourlives and even our thoughts in moments of lifeand make it ridiculously amazing. Here goes:“1. Make a commitment to yourselfI (name),make a commitment to myself,To spend so much time improving myselfand my life that I have no time for worry,judgement, criticism, whining and complaining;to forgive, release and let go of my attachmentto any past struggles and allow everychallenge life sends my way to make mebetter not bitter. Starting now, I make acommitment to let go of what’s behind meand start appreciating what’s in front ofme;to let go of all the pointless drama,all the toxic relationships, thoughts andbehaviors that are present in my life andto constantly shift my focus from thebad on to the good; to make room inmy heart for love, happiness, peaceand tranquility and to create my lifefrom a place of infinite choices andpossibilities – the present moment,and no longer from a place oflimitations – the past.I commit tostaying true to myself at all timesand to never betray myself justso I can please other people.Icommit myself to give up ontoxic thought, behaviors andrelationships but never on myselfand my dreams. Exercise, drink plenty of water, eat healthyand delicious food. Nurture good thoughts. Act incompassionate and loving ways, towards yourselfand the world around you. Spend time alone.
