<strong>Job</strong> <strong>Title</strong><strong>Job</strong> <strong>Summary</strong><strong>Lead</strong> <strong>Archery</strong> <strong>Instructor</strong><strong>The</strong> <strong>Archery</strong> Program <strong>Lead</strong> <strong>Instructor</strong> is responsible for hands-on managementand program delivery. A primary function of this and every other job at theNational Ability Center is to ensure that each member, guest and visitor of theNAC receives the highest caliber of service.Location National Ability Center Ranch, 1000 Ability Way, Park City , Utah 84068SupervisorProgram Coordinator : Evan KesslerResponsibilities 1. Have a working knowledge of Program’s policies, procedures, guideline,equipment and risk management.2. Implement and supervise safety/risk management protocols in a caringand fun environment for participants, volunteers and staff.3. Implement archery lessons, activities and games.4. Assist Program Coordinator with range set up and break down.5. Maintain First Aid kit supplies.6. Assist in the adaptation of archery equipment for people with specialneeds.7. Inventory all archery equipment at the end of each season.8. Attend weekly meetings with archery staff.9. Assist Program Coordinator with the following as needed:a. Participant assessment, progress reports and evaluationsb. Volunteer recruitment and managementc. Supervision of Interns and Volunteersd. Participant outreache. Management and maintenance of equipmentf. Tracking of participation and volunteer statsg. Ability assessmentsh. Researching new games and activities10.
