You may park you car at theback of the marquee temporarily, while you unload in the morning and then collectyour exhibits in the evening, however, in the interests of safety, during the day youmust park in the public car park.Please note that all exhibitors must pay on the gate to enter the Show!Prize money may be collected at 3.00 pm if prize winners present their tear-off slipat the Secretary’s table.No exhibit or prize card can be removed before the cup presentation in theHorticultural, Handicraft, Cookery and Art Section.The cup presentation will be at 4.30 pm,followed by an Auction of Produce, to whichexhibitors are invited to donate any producethey do not wish to take home. All proceedgo to charity. If you want to take yourexhibit away, please obtain a sticker fromthe Secretary’s table and to put on the tablealongside your exhibit.3
