It is certainly not due to lack of thought . . .ALUMNI MEETINGSThe alumni meetings are slowly declining inmembership attendance. This president isconcerned and is encouraging everyoneliving in the Pittsburgh area to attend themeetings.GRADUATIONThe 161 st graduation of the School ofNursing, Class of 2009, took place on June26th with 63 graduating. Alumni, facultyand students joined together to recite theNurses’ Prayer by “candle" light. TheAlumni Association was pleased to sponsor areception for the graduates and guestsimmediately afterward.CLASS OF 2010Last August, the Class of 2010 waswelcomed. Sixty-seven (67) studentsstepped through the doors of the residence!ALUMNI WEB SITEThere is now an Alumni Web site where theofficer names, alumni meetings, link foraddress changes and other information areavailable. Also posted are the newslettersand updates throughout the year. The planwill be to send one newsletter per year andpost other information in late fall.
