The aim of the studywas to determine if a 12-week course of outpatient buprenorphine/naloxone (Bup/Nal) plus psychosocialtreatment resulted in fewer opioid positive urine tests at 3 monthly evaluation points among opioid dependentadolescents and young adults (ages 14-21) than the usual treatment, which was detoxification plus psychosocialtreatment alone. Mercy Hospital Recovery Center (Westbrook, ME) was a participating CommunityTreatment Program in the CTN-0010 study from the Northern New England Node.
