4.10 Where one of the parties have changed their name by deed poll and it has beenlodged with the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Deeds at the Royal Court ofJustice, the assumed name and surname only should be entered followed by“(name changed by deed poll)”. If registered, the deed poll will contain threestamps.
