Backed by many years of experience in
laser material processing, ROFIN offers
you broad range of lasers for micro material
processing.
The ROFIN PowerLine F30 Long Pulse is a
compact, operator-friendly, easy-to-handle
laser processing system with very low
maintenance requirements. It combines
high pulse energy at relatively long pulse
width with the lowest cost of ownership.
By using optimal pulse length, high pulse
energy and high TEMoo average power,
the ROFIN PowerLine F30 LP realizes high
processing speeds, e.g. of less than
1 sec/wafer for trepanning drilling on
MWT solar cells. Another application
example is percussion drilling of thin film
metal foils, e.g. battery foil perforation
and marking applications.
The PowerLine F 30 LP comes with a
scanning head, numerous options in
beam expanders and flat field lenses as
well as the VisualLaserMarker software
(VLM). VLM is a “what you see is what
you get“ type software and offers the
flexibility to be simple to use and yet
powerful. VLM is able to fully integrate
into any production software and is
0configured to handle all common
communication methods.
