Appendix B1Tier 3 InformationRequirementsThe following are the information requirements under the provisions of the Financial Standard for Tier 3 AHBs.They are, where possible, based on usual business requirements but there are areas that will require the AHB toevolve its response over the transition period.In line with the principles of the Voluntary Regulation Code, there is a “comply or explain” policy. Someorganisations will need to explain how they are working to deliver on a particular element of the FinancialStandard, and we expect this to be particularly relevant for the transition phase.
