No product will be validated if it fails tocompletely fulfil the following requirements:2. Tests in adverseconditions.The gun should operate at extreme temperatures: from -30°C to +50°C1. Operation andendurance tests :Minimum of 2 000 shots for riflesMinimum of 5 000 shots for huntingshotgunsMinimum of 10 000 shots for sportsshotgunsTest conditions: the gun is cooled downevery 50 shots and cleaned every 500shotsThe full range of cartridges of differentmakes is used.3. Torture tests :All of these torture tests are carried out in extremeconditions that greatly exceed those of the conventionalC.I.P. standards. Browning guns’ legendarysolidity and reliability are largely due to them passingall of these tests.Overload tests for all gunsObstruction tests for riflesNo part breakage is tolerated.Once the test has been completed, none ofthe parts should be excessively worn.Safety tests : drop tests for all guns4 0 - 4 1
