The yarn should be dyed with after treatment toavoid bleaching of Colours and fastness to sunlight and washing. Preference will be given tounits having registration under APSP / single point registration under NSIC.Manufacturers /Authorized dealers can submit their offer for supply of themachinery.The bid document containing detailed Terms & Conditions can be obtained from theoffice of the Commissioner of Industries & Commerce , Udyog Bhawan, Bamunimaidan ,Guwahati-21 from 11.03.2013 to 20.03.2013 during office hours on payment of Rs 1000/-(Rupees One Thousand) only by cash or demand draft drawn in favour of Commissioner ofIndustries & Commerce, Assam and payable at Guwahati.
