Our Beijing office has a highly
competent team of Chinese antitrust
specialists that work closely with
our antitrust team in the EU. They
are familiar with, and comfortable
in, the developing and sometimes
unpredictable Chinese regulatory
framework. They regularly assist
multinationals and private equity
firms with their merger control
filings in China. They also represent
large China producers and exporters
in the anti-dumping proceedings
initiated in the EU against
Chinese imports.

such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin,
Chengdu, Hangzhou, Guangzhou,
and Shenzhen.
