The <strong>Florida</strong> <strong>Atlantic</strong> <strong>University</strong><br />
Foundation is wholly dedicated<br />
to the support of FAU.<br />
Since its inception in 1960,<br />
the Foundation, a registered<br />
501(c)(3) non-profit organization,<br />
h<strong>as</strong> played a vital role in<br />
channeling critically important<br />
private funding into FAU’s<br />
colleges, departments and<br />
programs. Community-spirited<br />
donors have extended FAU’s<br />
reach in a host of ways, from<br />
establishing internationally known<br />
programs, to adding the unique<br />
talents of distinguished Eminent<br />
Scholars to the faculty,<br />
to providing scholarship<br />
<strong>as</strong>sistance to deserving students.<br />

The Foundation’s Board of Directors is comprised<br />
of alumni and friends of the <strong>University</strong> who volunteer<br />
their time and expertise to spearhead fundraising<br />
