He was inspired by the many sights, smellsand tastes he experienced and decided to pursue adegree in the culinary field so that he could replicatethat multisensory experience for his customers.After earning his Associate of Applied Science degreein Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Ohio –Cincinnati in 2010, Brad was offered a positionwith Eby-Brown in Springfield, Ohio as a ProductDevelopment Manager. Eby-Brown is a leadingconvenience store supplier and wholesale fooddistributor. In his role as Product DevelopmentManager, Brad participates in product developmentand improvement, as well as the creation ofmarketing plans.Brad feels grateful to have found a job that blendshis two areas of expertise. He says of his position:“It utilizes both my culinary and marketing degrees,by allowing me to work hands-on with projectsand play an important role in the promoting andadvertising of my creations.”With the ever-changing and expanding atmosphereof the culinary profession, Brad sees severalemerging trends.
