Starts. Während der Neutralisation ist das Überholen allgemein und vor allem das desFührungsfahrzeugs verboten. Ab der offiziellen Startzeit bleibt der Start noch für 10 Minuten offen.Verspätete Fahrer gehen mit entsprechendem zeitlichen Rückstand auf die Etappe. Teilnehmer, diespäter als 10 Minuten nach der offiziellen Startzeit an den Start kommen, werden nicht mehr auf dieStrecke gelassen und an diesem Tag nicht gewertet. Danach werden sie weiterhin in der Kategorie„Out Of Race“ geführt.Prior to the first stage the division into starting blocks will be made according to the categories.The starting blocks are as follows:Block A: Men (1974 and younger) & all UCI licensed ridersBlock B: Men Masters 2Block C: Women/ Women Masters 2 / Women Masters 3 / Women Masters 4Block D: Men Masters 3Block E: Men Masters 4From the second stage onwards the starting blocks are divided according to final rating. The composition of theblocks will be indicated in the result list and transmitted as SMS/Email. The composition of the starting blocksfor the stages 2 to 5 will be made by the jury after the first stage. The start is a so called block start which meansthat all riders have the same start time. The winner is the rider who at first passes the finishing line – under thereserve of possible penalties - . This also is valid in case of a neutralised start. During the neutralisation theovertaking of others and especially of the leading car is not allowed. The start will be opened still 10 minutesafter the official starting time. Late riders will start with the corresponding delay. Participants who try to startlater than 10 minutes after the official starting time are not allowed to start and will not be rated on that day andwill then be indicated in the category „out of race“.3.5. Kontrollstellen / Time keeping check pointsJede Etappe enthält mehrere unangekündigte Kontrollstellen, die den Teilnehmern vorher unbekanntsind und von jedem Fahrer passiert werden müssen. Hier werden die Transponder der Startnummernautomatisch von einem Lesegerät erfasst. Hat ein Teilnehmer eine dieser Kontrollstellen nicht passiert(zum Beispiel wegen Abkommen von der Route, etc.), erhält er pro nicht passierter Kontrollstelle eineZeitstrafe (von 60 Minuten). Die Jury legt diese Zeitstrafe fest und behält sich im Wiederholungsfalleine Disqualifikation des Teilnehmers bzw. des Teams vor.Each stage will have hidden check points wich are not known to the participants and which have to be passed. Siegerehrung / winners ceremonyNach der ersten Etappe werden für die Gesamtführenden in allen Kategorien die Leadertrikots bei derabendlichen Siegerehrung vergeben. Diese Trikots müssen auf der Folgeetappe getragen werden.Analog gilt dies für alle weiteren Etappen, wobei die Trikots auf jeder Etappe nur von den aktuellGesamtführenden getragen werden dürfen und müssen. Für die drei Tagesersten jeder Kategorie deraktuellen Etappe und die Gesamtführenden besteht Anwesenheitspflicht bei der Siegerehrung, die inder Regel täglich um 19.00 Uhr im Rahmen des Abendessen stattfinden. Nach der Schlussetappefindet die Siegerehrung früher statt!After the first stage the leader jersey will be presented to the overall leaders of each category during the winnersceremony in the evenings. These jerseys have to weared during the following stage. Only the current overallleaders of each category are allowed and have to wear these jerseys during the present stage. First, second andthird winners of each category and the overall leaders of the present stage have to be present at the winners
ceremony in the evening which starts at 7 p.m. with dinner. After the final stage the winners ceremony will bedone earlier.3.8 Akkreditierung & Startnummernausgabe / accreditation & pick up of the start numbersDie Akkreditierung/Ausgabe der Startunterlagen erfolgt im Startort am Dienstagabend undMittwochmorgen. Lizenzen werden durch die Kommissäre geprüft. Öffnungszeiten siehe Zeitplan.Registration is located in the start town. The setup is according to UCI Technical Regulations.
