Product cycles are becoming shorter and shorter. Market maturity must be attained faster. In order to pursue these aims it is essential that modern procurement strategies are available and aligned with a global approach to purchasing and production. In this light, China has a special role to play. China has become Germany’s largest trade partner in Asia and has long since developed into one of the most important procurement markets in the world.
