RUFINO TAMAYOMexican painter and printmaker, Rufino Tamayo studied earlyEuropean forms <strong>of</strong> Cubism and Surrealism to create his idiosyncraticstyle <strong>of</strong> abstract figuration based on Mexican indigenous formsand themes.
