I understand that the content of these simulations is to bekept confidential to maintain the integrity of the learning experience for me and myfellow students. I also understand that in working side by side with my fellow students, Iwill be witnessing their performance. It would be unethical for me to share informationwith person outside the laboratory/hospital.I acknowledge that I fully understand that the unauthorized release, inappropriateexchange, or mishandling of confidential information is prohibited, and seriousconsequences may occur if I violate this agreement. I will exemplify the Long BeachCity College Department of Nursing values of integrity, human dignity andconfidentiality.I understand that for learning purposes I may be photographed/ recorded duringsimulations.
