Tom Nordyke
Development Consultant
Tom Nordyke has worked in non-profit real estate and public policy for more than twenty
years. He started his career as the Manager of Facilities for the University of
Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and served as Vice President of Properties
for Artspace Projects, Inc. from 1987 to 2003. Tom earned his degree in history from the
University of Minnesota and has served on the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board
and the Minneapolis Planning Commission. Last year he was named Chief Operating
Officer for Aeon, a non-profit housing developer headquartered in Minneapolis.
Tom has extensive experience with the redevelopment of historic buildings, including the
Central High School in Red Wing and the Hotel Kaddatz in Fergus Falls. He recently
served as Development Consultant for a Reuse Study on the Kasson Public School.
Terry Pellegrino
Restaurant/Kitchen Consultant
Terry Pellegrino is a senior consultant with Robert Rippe & Associates, a respected
foodservice design and operations firm headquartered in Minnetonka. Since beginning
her career in 1985, Terry has worked closely with clients in hospitals, colleges and the
hospitality industry to plan and equip functional and efficient food service facilities. She
holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Food and Nutrition from Concordia College in Fargo,
and completed an internship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Don Hendricks of ACME has worked with the team to provide construction cost
estimating services a number of historic building projects, including work at several
historic sites operated by the Minnesota Historical Society, as well as a recent reuse study
for the Washburn, Wisconsin Civic Center, and a historic structures report for the
Newport Barn in Anoka County, Minnesota.
