SNAPSEED > Use Snapseed’s new tools
1 LOAD AN IMAGE
When you first open the Snapseed app, you’ll be
required to open an image or take new one inapp.
Choose the option that best suits what you
need and then just wait for your image to load
into Snapseed.
4 REMOVE BLEMISHES
Open the tool menu again and select the Spot
Repair tool. Now pinpoint any blemishes on the
image that you want to remove, before pressing
the tick icon to confirm and save the changes
that you’ve made.
2 SELECT A TOOL
Press the + icon to select a tool from the app.
The menu is split into different sections, making
it easy to navigate through and make a choice.
Go ahead and select the Lens Blur option that’s
provided in the Filters section.
5 MAKE REFINE EDITS
Now select the brushes tool. At the bottom of
the menu you can choose the type of brush
you need and use your finger to carefully make
adjustments to every part of your loaded image
in terms of things like saturation and exposure.
3 USING LENS BLUR
To focus on one section of an image, use the
blur strength option at the bottom to alter the
level of blur. You can also adjust the blur radius
by using your finger to adjust the circles that
appear on the screen.
6 REVIEW CHANGES
Before confirming your edits, select the number
icon at the top of the image. A review panel will
appear, called Stacks, that enables you to look
back at all the edits you make, and then make
further configurations, if needed.
