SECTION 7 ROSEDALE TO RAVENSCAR
35 MILES
Introduction
Rosedale singletrack starts you off, with
a ramble through Cropton Forest before
a ride around the Hole of Horcum.
Then it’s time to enjoy Dalby whilst
remembering that you have to leave the
red route and set off on the final leg
through Broxa and onto the coast.
The Ride
The last day of riding. So what better way
to start than with a bit more Rosedale
singletrack. Then head for the world class
trails at Dalby. Twists and turns, berms and
bumps, will all leave you wanting more.
Sounds like a further trip is needed
This is a long day if you choose to take in the
Hole of Horcum and the red route at Dalby.
However, they’re both worth the effort.
Enjoy yourself in the forest, but remember
that you'll have to leave the red route at
Bickley and set off on the final leg through
Broxa and the coast.
Easy trails flow along, through meadows,
crossing the final stretch of heather moorland,
before the sea comes into view. By the
end of today you'll have memories to last
you a lifetime. WELL DONE.
When you’ve reached Ravenscar, have a
drink; you'll have a earnt it - but we're not
buying!
