You are provided with 2 cases in each 20 minute st<strong>at</strong>ion, which must be passed on<br />

promptly. For each case, you are given a single H&E stained section and brief<br />

clinical details.<br />

You should provide a written report to <strong>the</strong> requesting clinician including a description<br />

and diagnosis incorpor<strong>at</strong>ing clinical comment.<br />

You may suggest additional investig<strong>at</strong>ions as appropri<strong>at</strong>e.<br />

During <strong>the</strong> mid session break you may continue to write but may not view slides or<br />

speak to o<strong>the</strong>r candid<strong>at</strong>es<br />

5 Female <strong>of</strong> 47, Orthotopic liver transplant<br />

6 Female <strong>of</strong> 63, multiple skin lesions, biopsy from neck<br />

7 Female <strong>of</strong> 20, lesion in deltoid region, previously biopsied<br />

8 Male <strong>of</strong> 78, Bladder tumour resection<br />

9 Male <strong>of</strong> 34, Skin coloured papules on face and neck for two years<br />

10 Female <strong>of</strong> 59, screen detected lesion right breast<br />

11 Female <strong>of</strong> 52, Left Ovarian tumour, 165mm in max diameter,<br />

ruptured during mobilis<strong>at</strong>ion<br />

12 Male <strong>of</strong> 84, peripheral lung nodule excised.<br />

14 Male <strong>of</strong> 81, chronic left epididymo-orchitis with hard testicle<br />

15 Male <strong>of</strong> 72, dyspepsia, white areas in duodenum biopsied<br />

16 Male <strong>of</strong> 52, Cystic lesion in tail <strong>of</strong> pancreas removed.<br />

Three month history <strong>of</strong> episodes <strong>of</strong> confusion and swe<strong>at</strong>ing<br />

20 Female <strong>of</strong> 49, pelvic mass, 160mm smooth surfaced ovarian tumour
