Annual Survey –<br />
Make Sure Your Voice is Heard<br />
The yearly survey will be coming your way in January, We will be using<br />
Survey Monkey and discontinuing the mailed paper version. If you do<br />
not have an e-mail address registered with ASID, please contact us at<br />
asidil@sbcglobal.net. We can send you a one- time invitation to fill<br />
out a hardcopy of the survey.<br />
National Database Update for the<br />
2013 Printed Directory<br />
Please be sure to update your personal and professional information<br />
on the ASID National database. The printed ASID <strong>Illinois</strong> chapter<br />
directory, sent to all ASID <strong>Illinois</strong> members, will utilize the information<br />
stored in the National database. Ensure that all of your information<br />
is correct and current by following these steps:<br />
1. Go to : www.asid.org<br />
2. Login to get to the My ASID page<br />
3. Under Membership, Programs and Services click on “Contact<br />
Information Update”.<br />
4. Click on “Maintain your Personal Profile”.<br />
5. Review and edit your profile information in the online forms<br />
6. Make sure that you go all the way through the confirmation prompts<br />
before you logout. When the confirmation process is complete, you<br />
will be taken back to the My ASID screen.<br />
This directory will be the only printed information distributed by ASID,<br />
help ensure that this information is correct!!<br />
