st<<strong>strong</strong>>an</<strong>strong</strong>>dard widths: 2mm <<strong>strong</strong>>an</<strong>strong</strong>>d 133mm. St<<strong>strong</strong>>an</<strong>strong</strong>>dard widths are available from stock, while other<br />
widths are available to order.<br />
