ORDER OF PROCEEDINGS

* Arrival of the Chief Guest
The chief guest will be received by the Vice Chancellor, The Pro
Vice Chancellor and members of the University Syndicate and
His Excellency will be escorted to the Robing room.
Academic Procession
The teacher / officers of the university will then form a two line
procession and walk into the Convocation Hall in reverse order
of seniority, The Chief Guest, Chancellor and the Vice Chancellor
will follow at the back of the procession. Academic Procession
enters the Convocation Hall. As soon as the procession enters, all
shall rise from their seats and remain standing till the Chief
Guest and the Vice Chancellor take their seats on the dais.
Announcement:
* National Anthem
* The Vice Chancellor requests the Chief Guest to
declare the Convocation open.
6th Convocation
Chief Guest "I declare the convocation open"
Announcement:
* Recitation from the Holy Quran
Announcement:
* Welcome address by the Vice Chancellor
