Section 411.1405, are subject to periodic criminal history record investigations performed by the Department of Public Safety and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for (name of agency). Individuals whose criminal histories are determined by (name of agency) to be unsatisfactory under the policy promulgated by (name of agency), and approved by the Office of the Attorney General shall not be allowed access to State of Texas information resources and information resources technologies and may, at the discretion of (name of agency) be precluded from providing services through this Contract.
