TITLE V<br />

MANAGEMENT <strong>OF</strong> <strong>THE</strong> AGREEMENT<br />

ARTICLE 18<br />

Tasks of contracting parties<br />

1. The Contracting Parties shall, either directly or through the Joint Committee established<br />

pursuant to Article 19, maintain contact on all matters relating to the implementation and the<br />

functioning of this Agreement.<br />

2. In particular, the Contracting Parties shall:<br />

(a) amend the Annexes and Protocol by mutual decision to take account of any amendments to<br />

the laws and regulations of the Contracting Parties;<br />

(b) mutually determine the practical conditions referred to in Article 7(5);<br />
