Kids’ Corner Hours & Programming*<br />
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am–12:30 pm and 5:30–7:30 pm<br />
Friday: 8:30 am–12:30 pm; Saturday: 8 am–12 pm<br />

Have you joined our kids’ membership programs? If not, don’t forget<br />
to fill out or update the registration forms for Kids’ Corner, ages 2–6,<br />
Kids’ Club, ages 7–10, and the Tween Scene, ages 11–15. Then you can<br />
begin receiving information on upcoming events, activities, fun trivia and<br />
more. There is no initiation fee and no monthly fee. Joining is easy – just<br />
fill out the form according to your age group and return it to the Club.<br />
Kids’ Corner Policy Reminders<br />
• Kids’ Corner will only accept children two to six years of age. All<br />
children must be registered by the parent for Kids’ Corner prior to their<br />
first use of the room. Registration forms are available at the concierge<br />
desk or online at mysomersett.com.<br />
• Parents with children who are not bathroom independent must remain<br />
on Club premises at all times when their child is in Kids’ Corner. This<br />
includes such activities as playing tennis, aerobics, using the fitness<br />
room, swimming or during a special Club function.<br />
• For the morning time slots, parents may sign their child up for either<br />
8:30–10:30 am or 10:30 am–12:30 pm Monday through Friday and<br />
either 8-10 am or 10 am–12 pm on Saturday. Evening slot is from<br />
5:30–7:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.<br />
• The room operates on a six to one ratio, with a maximum of 16 children<br />
allowed at any given time. To accommodate this ratio, the Club<br />
requires reservations to be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure<br />
staffing. Reservations may be made online at mysomersett.com seven<br />
days in advance.<br />
• All children must be dropped off in Kids’ Corner within 15 minutes<br />
of their reservation time. If the parent has not checked in their child<br />
within the 15-minute window, the reservation becomes void and the<br />
spot will be opened to a child on the wait list.<br />
• No-shows will result in a $10 fee per child due to the Club.<br />
Cancellations must be received by 8 am on the day of the reservation.<br />

Somersett market update 2013<br />

As of October 11, 2013 as reported by the Northern<br />
Nevada MLS there has been 64 homes sold in Somersett<br />
compared to 79 homes that sold in 2012 not including Del<br />
Webb and the Vue and Village. The average sold dollar per foot<br />
was $147.00 compared to $132.00 for all of 2012 making that an<br />
11% rise in prices. The low and high for this year was $262,500<br />
and $1,000,000 compared to $210,000 and $1,050,000 in 2012.<br />
Del Webb<br />
In 2013 so far there has been 38 homes reported sold at an<br />
average dollar per foot of $171.00 compared to $131.00 in 2012<br />
for an increase of 24% year over year. In 2012 there were 64<br />
homes reported sold in Del Webb. The high and low so far<br />
for 2013 is $435,000 and $170,000 compared to $375,000 and<br />
$151,000 for 2012. Demand and sales for Del Webb continue to<br />
be robust.<br />
The Vue & Village<br />
So far in 2013 there has been 19 sales in these combined areas<br />
for an average dollar per foot of $106.00 compared to $88.00 in<br />
2012 for a rise in values of 17%. In 2012 there were a total of 24<br />
sales in these areas with the high and low for 2013 of $339,000<br />
and $170,000 and for 2012 it was $290,000 and $132,000.<br />
Of the other golf course communities in our area Somersett<br />
continues to be in high demand and values continue to rise.<br />
Short sales are definitely not the majority of sales currently taking<br />
place in Somersett and 2014 looks to be another great year. For<br />
