B <strong>310</strong> chamber belt machine – a compact system<br />

The B <strong>310</strong> is a compact chamber belt machine that combines all the advantages of<br />

MULTIVAC’s chamber belt machine technology in a space-saving machine design.<br />

The B <strong>310</strong> thereby enables efficient packaging, even in a limited space,<br />

as well as integration with very compact packaging lines.<br />

Sealing systems<br />

For packaging diverse products with various packaging materials, the B <strong>310</strong><br />

can be equipped with the following sealing systems:<br />

Double-seam sealing 2× 3 mm on top (standard)<br />

--<br />

Single-seam sealing 1× 5 mm on top (option)<br />

--<br />

Single-seam sealing 1× 5 mm top and bottom (option)<br />

Sealing heights<br />

To adjust the sealing height for the goods to be packed, the following systems<br />

are available for the B <strong>310</strong>:<br />

Cutting units<br />

A slitting unit for evacuation openings, fitted as standard, enables the reliable evacuation of<br />

especially long pouches that protrude from the chamber. The B <strong>310</strong> offers an optional cutting<br />

unit for the trimming of overhanging pouch necks.<br />
