B 610 chamber belt machines B 610 chamber belt machine – the high-performance machine The B 610 is a high-performance chamber belt machine that, in terms of output and effective chamber volume, sets the standard in its segment. In combination with a wide range of MULTIVAC components for loading, shrinking, drying, quality inspection and marking, the B 610 can be expanded to a highly efficient packaging line. Sealing systems For packaging diverse products with various packaging materials, the B 610 can be equipped with the following sealing systems: -- Double-seam sealing 2× 3 mm on top (standard) -- Single-seam sealing 1× 5 mm on top (option) -- Single-seam sealing 1× 5 mm top and bottom (option) -- Temperature controlled impulse sealing (option) Sealing height adjustment To adjust the sealing height for the goods to be packed, the following systems are available for the B 610: Sealing system Fixed sealing heights Multi-level sealing height adjustment semi/fully automatic Double-seam sealing on top 20, 50, 80 or 110 mm 20, 50, 80 and 110 mm Single-seam sealing on top 20, 50, 80 or 110 mm 20, 50, 80 and 110 mm Single-seam sealing on top and bottom 50, 80 and/or 110 mm 50, 80 and 110 mm Cutting units A slitting unit for evacuation openings, fitted as standard, enables the reliable evacuation of especially long pouches that protrude from the chamber. The B 610 offers an optional cutting unit for the trimming of overhanging pouch necks. 14
