Advertising Information Package
The City of Pinole Community Activity Guide is produced three times annually and provides a first‐rate
marketing opportunity to reach Pinole residents and beyond. The Guide is family‐oriented and focused
on recreation and cultural activities in addition to providing information on City and Redevelopment
projects and programs.
Community Guide Distribution Information
• Three guides are produced each year – Summer, Fall and Winter/Spring.
• 8,500 copies are produced and distributed.
• All Pinole residents receive a copy and additional Community Guides are distributed at the
Pinole Senior Center, Youth Center and other City facilities.
• Widely read and retained for several months by most residents.
• Also available for viewing at the City website, www.ci.pinole.ca.us
Advertising Details
• Advertising is available on 16 pages of grayscale advertising space.
• Advertising space is available in five sizes: 1/8 page, ¼ page, ½ page horizontal, ½ page vertical
and full page.
• All community advertising is produced in grayscale format.
• All complete ad submissions will be date and time stamped upon receipt and will be treated on
a first‐come, first‐serve basis. Please note that receipt of an ad does not confirm the ad space
reservation. Every effort will be made to accommodate all advertising requests, however, we
cannot guarantee placement since ad space is limited.
• Placement location of all ads will be at staff’s discretion.
