AMOWA National Conference 2011 Breakfast at the Eureka Skydeck 7:30am to 8:30am Friday 2 September. $35.00 per person (must be pre booked on the registration form). We will depart the Crown Promenade reception at 7:15am for a leisurely 7 minute walk to the Eureka Sky Tower. This is a unique opportunity to visit the famous Eureka Skydeck before-hours. Nothing will prepare you for the awe-inspiring view of Melbourne from the southern hemisphere’s highest viewing platform on the 88th floor, while enjoying a light and refreshing breakfast. For those who dare, try the world’s only ‘Edge Experience’ - a glass cube which projects 3 metres out from the building 88 levels up - with you in it! (Additional charge.) Registrations received on or before the 31 May 2011 will be eligible to receive the Early Bird Discount rate. Registrations received from the 1st June 2011 will be at the full Registration rate. Privacy Act When you complete the Registration Form for the AMOWA 2011 National Conference, C/- DCI, PO Box 3779, Robina 4230, your details will be recorded on a database which will be used for conference administration purposes only, such as registration and accommodation details, as well as any associated conference activities. Information provided on your Registration Form maybe made available on request to sponsors of the conference. If you do not wish your details passed to sponsors you should indicate this on the registration form. If you include details of any other person in your registration, we encourage you to inform them of the above matters. Cancellation policy • All cancellations of attendance must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat • A full refund, less a cancellation fee of $100 will be made on those cancellations received by the Conference Secretariat on or before the 1 August 2011. • No refund will be made after 12 August 2011. • Substitutions will be accepted until the 19 August 2011. • Accommodation cancellation fees will apply, the Conference Secretariat will advise of any charges at the time of cancellation Insurance Registration Fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to attending the Conference. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the conference, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and any other additional expenses. The Conference Secretariat will not take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure. The Conference Secretariat offers a competitive rate for all travel insurance so please contact them to discuss your needs.
